[USA NTW] Law & Order CI (NYSC) --> Saison 9

Une neuvième saison a été commandée, saison qui verra le départ de la majorité des acteurs. Nicholson (Wheeler), D'Onofrio (Goren), Erbe (Eames) et Bogosian (Ross) quitteront en effet la série au fil des épisodes.

Parallèlement à ce séisme, les premières infos concernant le contenu des épisodes commencent à tomber.
Ainsi, la saison s'ouvrira sur un double season premiere intitulé Puntland.
Spoiler TV vient également de diffuser le contenu d'un appel à candidature concernant la deuxième partie du season premiere avec une courte description de chacun des personnages.

[GLORIA JUSTIN] 50s-60s. Female. Dean of Arts at NYU. Questioned by members of the MCS, she fondly remembers a former charismatic arts student who had "a very unique world view."

[DEPUTY COMMISSIONER TURNER] 50s. Male, African American. Distinguished and poised, the commissioner has called a member of the MCS into his office to deliver some big news.

[BIANCA TORELLI] 40s. Female. Along with the Deputy Commissioner, she has been sent from Internal Affairs to deliver some big news to a member of the MCS.

[TOM PILEGGI] 60s. Male. An attorney escorting his innocent client, who’s accused of being linked with piracy and arms trafficking, through a mob of reporters.

[REPORTER] 30s. Male/Female. Part of a large crowd of press clamoring to get answers from an accused criminal, this reporter gets a question in

J'ai lu ça sur le site :

I told you a few weeks ago that “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” was letting go of three main players: Vincent D’Onofrio, Kathryn Erbe, and Eric Bogosian. Now I can tell you this: one of their characters will die.
“CI” just finished filming an episode in which one of the three is murdered. That’s the exit show for the other two as well.
I am told by “CI” insiders that Erbe, especially, is very unhappy with the way things have worked out over there. “She was told everything was going fine, and then they were fired.”
Whoever was murdered isn’t too happy, either. But I’m not giving that part away. [...]

Il est dit que Kathryn Erbe n'était pas contente de la manière dont les choses s'étaient passées (pour son personnage je suppose), et que celui qui sera tué non plus (ce qui signifie que ce n'est pas Eames à priori).

Restent donc deux possibilités : Goren ou Ross. Or, on l'a déjà dit, Goren réapparaitra dans la série comme guest star. Ce serait donc Ross ?

D'après le site de la chaîne, la saison 9 sera diffusée le mardi soir à 22 heures à partir du 30 mars.

Suite aux départs de VDO, KE et EB, on savait déjà que l'un de leurs trois personnages allait mourir, on sait maintenant ce qui va arriver aux deux autres. Reste à deviner qui est qui...

Conclusion. Goren and Eames clash with the Feds over a murder investigation involving a complex political power play while also dealing with a loss. Saffron Burrows joins the cast as Det. Serena Stevens, Nichols' new partner, while Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe exit as series regulars.

un peu bizarre le début on comprend qu'il y a un truc pas net qui se trame, et tout à coup :

9.01 - Mad Mullah

Mis à part quelques effets spéciaux un peu cheap (que l'on pardonnera facilement...), j'ai beaucoup aimé ce premier épisode.
J'ai trouvé le départ de Ross plutôt bien amené (c'est vraiment bien qu'il ait accepté de revenir pour vraiment intégrer son départ dans la trame de la série).

J'espère que la seconde partie de ce season premiere sera à la hauteur
